Discovery + Insight

Let's get to know each other, and most importantly, explore the goals and vision you have for your business. Through in-depth research into your audience, your competitors and your unique proposition, we'll bring light to what sets you apart from the rest.

Brand Strategy

Next, we'll put together a brand roadmap that places your hopes and dreams into an actionable plan, taking into account the best creative direction for your branding to entice customers, retain meaningful relationships and elevate your brand entirely.

Creative

Now it's time to get creative! We'll start applying all of our strategy and your business aims to the look and feel of your brand. We'll explore, experiment and craft meaningful solutions that will position your brand exactly where it needs to be. Together, we'll refine this into your strongest design, and show you exactly how it can live out as an entire brand through real-life examples.

Launch + Thrive

Let’s show off your new branding to the world! Once everything has been approved, we'll hand over all necessary final files and tools to help implement all of your designs. We truly care about your success and want you to feel confident in your brand - which is why we are here to support you wholeheartedly and cheer you on after the launch of your new branding. + Do you offer payment plans?

We certainly do! We like to break projects down into payment plans to make the investment a little easier for you and keep the project moving with regular payments. We ask you to pay a non-refundable 25% deposit to save your spot in our schedule. Then, the remaining payments will be spread out equally throughout the project. If you need a different payment plan, just ask!

+ I already have branding, can you design my website?

Most of our web design clients have already been through the Mindfully Made branding process as they want a cohesive brand experience where we already understand their brand from the inside out, but we are open to discussing this.

+ Do you build websites on other platforms?

We use Squarespace to create custom-coded websites as that's what we know best! And have found our clients find Sqaurespace to be the most functional and easy-to-use platform after we've delivered the physical site. However, if you’re interested in using another platform, we're definitely open to discussing other options!

+ How soon can we start?

We'd love to be available to help you right away, but our availability can vary throughout the year. We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, so please keep this timeline in mind when reaching out to work with us.

+ How much does it cost to work with you?

We've designed our packages to serve you and your business goals in the best possible way. They act as a guide but we try our best to tailor these to your budget. Every project is different depending on the clients needs, so costs can differ. If you’d like to get a rough idea, send us an email and we’d be happy to send you our investment guide.

+ Are there any additional costs?

As far as Mindfully Made packages go, the following items will sit in the client’s responsibility to pay for:

Desktop + web font licenses
Printing costs
Image licenses
Website hosting
Domain costs
Third-party plugin fees

Not every project ends up involving these extra costs, but we like to let you know upfront regardless!
